Every Owner is required to maintain his or her property at all times.
Any change to the exterior of your home and/or property must be submitted and approved, in writing, by the ARC prior to the changes/construction taking place.

The purpose of this is to keep the aesthetics of the neighborhood "uniform", but allowing your own unique tastes without compromising property values.
