The Sterling Gate Board currently meets on the third Monday of each month at the clubhouse at 5:00 P.M.
​Meeting Minutes are usually taken by the Secretary on the Board of Directors.  These Minutes are to summarize meetings for HOA records and for those who were unable to attend the meeting (Annual Meeting of the Members) or would like to stay current on what the Board is doing for the community (Board Meetings).
