Covenant Amendment
Please use the ballot below to cast your vote to amend the Covenants to restrict the number of rental homes in our Community.
To Vote, you must complete the ballot in its entirety and sign and date.
Ballots must be received by July 10th, or delivered to the Special Meeting on Monday, July 15th, 2024 at 6:00 PM.
Covenant Amendment
Please use the ballot below to cast your vote to amend the Covenants to restrict the number of rental homes in our Community.
- Any Single-family home, intended to be used as a second home or a rental property, must be occupied by the Owner for at least one (1) year prior to the property becoming eligible to rent and/or lease to another single-family.
- The Amendment requires that all lease terms are for a minimum of one (1) year.
