The Sterling Gate Board currently meets on the third Monday of each month at the clubhouse at 5:00 P.M.
While being a Board member is often a "thankless" job, there are times where the accomplishments make it all worthwhile.
The purpose of an HOA Board is clearly outlined in the Association Bylaws.
In summary, the Board is to:
-Assess Annual Dues
-Adopt Rules and Regulations
- Appoint Committees
- Point of Contact for Residents
- Keep and regularly review financial records
- Supervise officers, agents, vendors, and employees of the HOA
- Maintain HOA resident roster
- Contract and/or hire a managing agent and other applicable vendors.
...and SO much more!
