| Welcome to the SMS Family, Sterling Gate! We are so excited to begin this journey with y'all and we are looking forward to a bright future together! At SMS, we strive to create community. Neighbors that TALK to each other! That hang out, that plan their own block parties, and that help each other when in need. That doesn't happen everywhere; especially in today's world, but we can at least facilitate bringing folks together--which means HOA Community Events! We are already making some BIG plans for 2022.
